Getting to / Parking on Campus

Getting here: For information on how to get to the University of Maryland, see this page from UMD’s Campus and Visitor Services.

Parking: The symposium is held during the week before spring and summer semesters on campus. During this week, any vehicle (with or without a current parking permit) may park in any of the numbered lots. UMD has a useful interactive campus map to help you get around campus. Lot 11b is the closest lot to Iribe; if you park there, you have a 6-8 minute walk down Paint Branch Drive or along the bike path that runs along the Paint Branch stream. There is also metered parking on the upper levels of Regents parking garage.

A few handicap parking spaces are available across the street from Iribe in Lot H on the NorthWest side of the building.

Attending Virtually?

All Zoom registrants will receive a webinar link prior to the event (directly from Eventbrite). If you have not received a link 24 hours before the symposium, please email Sarah Grun at [email protected].
